We Are the World: Photography from China and the Netherlands

WATW, short for "We Are the World," is the title of a 1985 single written for charity in Africa by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie. This summer, the Guangdong Museum of Art shall present an exhibition which carries the same name to highlight the shared responsibility towards those in need.
Fourteen photographic works shall be on display covering essential issues including economic growth, the environment, energy, capital flow, immigration and consumption. The exhibition is augmented with graphs, news broadcasting and texts to provide supplemental background information to visitors.
