Zhou Mingan

Zhou, Ming’an was born in Guangzhou 1949, ancestrally from He Qu in Shanxi Province. He is a registered professional painter of Institute of Chinese Calligraphy and Traditional Painting of Sichuan Province, a highest class National Artist. Meanwhile, he is a member of Chinese Artists Association and the vice chairman of The Birds and Flowers Painting Association in City of Chengdu. Zhou, Ming’an is good at The Birds and Flowers Painting, especially Tiger Paintings, learned from famous painter Yan Songfu years ago. After long time practicing, he has achieved remarkable level in painting, as one of the best tiger painters in the field.
