Yin Zhiqun
Yin Zhiqun, male of Han nationality, was born in Fushun County, Sichuan Province in July 1957. He graduated from Zhemei Oriental Correspondence College of Arts in 1983 and is now working for the Machinery plant of light industry in Fushun.
