Wang Guoxin
1980：Received awards in literature and fine arts fields from Ministry of Culture, China Fine Arts Association, General Administration of Press and Publication of China and Switzerland’s First International Picture Story Festival for his more than 1660 paintings and 10-volume long comic stories which took him and his writer wife Zheng Guilan 10 years to finish.
1980: work Trilogy of Yangtze River received second award from Ministry of Culture and China Fine Arts Association; then in 1988 received top ten excellent comic strips’ awards
1989: silver award for National Excellent Fine Arts Books sponsored by General Administration of Press and Publication of China and China Fine Arts Association
October 2005: his work Chinese Spirit got the golden award in the 8th Beijing International Fine Arts Exposition
Sep.2001: his work Repay the Country with Supreme Loyalty received supreme honorary award in the 21st century Sino-Korea Peace, Friendship, and Development Art Exhibition held in Seoul, South Korea.
