Pang Maokun, born in Chongqing in 1963, graduated from the oil painting department of Sichunan Fine Arts Academy and received his master’s degree in 1988. Now he is the professor and dean of the Oil Painting Department where he graduated from, a member of China Artists Association and of China Oil Painting Society.
