Lan Libin, member of Chinese Artists Association and Chinese Oil Painting Academy as well as trustee of Heilongjiang Province Artists’ Association, finished studies in Harbin Educational Institute in 1986 and then followed the Oil Painting Creation Research Course of the Central Institute of Fine Arts in 1989.
