Long Xuming (1946present), born in Huayang County from Sichuan province, joined the Chinese Photographers Society in 1984. One year later he became a member of Sichuan Affiliation of Chinese Artists Association. Since the year of 1985, Long Xuming firstly founded Chengdu Young Photographers Society, and was the 1st chairman of the society; then he built the Sichuan Young Photographers Society, and assumed the societys 1st and 2nd chairman.
