Jiang Enli
Jiang Enli, Secretary-general of Heilongjiang Province Ice and Snow Painting Association and member of Heilongjiang Province Artists’ Association, was born in Harbin. She started learning Ice and Snow Painting under Yu Zhixue in 1980, and then furthered her study in Beijing Painting Academy in 1989.
