He Zhesheng was born in Jiangyou of Sichuan in 1941. He graduated from attached middle school of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 1961; he graduated from painting department of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 1965; he completed the second seminar in painting department of central Fine Arts Institute from 1984 to 1986. He currently holds the post of the member of Chinese Fine Arts Association, Vice-chairman of Sichuan Fine Arts Association and the director of painting art committee, first-level artist
