Han Shuli, born in Beijing, 1948, graduated from seminar of China Central Academy of Fine Arts. Han Shuli lives in Tibet Autonomous Region. He successively held the posts of general secretary of Tibetan Association of Fine Arts, director of Chinese Artists Association, chairman of Tibetan Artists Association and so on. He won the prize of the first Mont Qomolangma literary fund and was added to the post of vice-chairman of Tibet Federation of Literary and Art Circles. Many literature of him were published.
